Sofia Häger - Gluten & Sugar free Recipes

Took it relatively easy this afternoon with some biking with light resistance in 45 minutes and then abs and core in 15 minutes. After that I took a homemade cracker with half an avocado and cottage cheese on top. The best “after-workout”-snack ever.  I will publish the recipe for the homemade crackers/bread later this week. Probably tomorrow.
